Well now is a great time to join thousands of others and see how they have been benefiting for years from low costs and re-using resources. Choose and fill bags of materials to use for creating art works and design and technology projects.

Situated at the end of a leafy Ringwood Avenue, this small welcoming shed (no it's not really a truck) is packed from rafter to rafter with everyday resources and supplies suitable for a range of people and a range of crafty projects.

Reverse Garbage is a creative reuse centre making a difference in the world by reducing waste and creating change in the way we look at resources!

Reverse Garbage was established in 1975 by a group of teachers and community workers who were determined to help the environment by diverting industrial discards from landfill and by reusing materials in their classrooms.

Reverse Garbage is committed to diverting resources from landfill – each year we accept approximately 35,000 cubic metres or 100 football fields of items which may otherwise end up in the bin.
