Monisha Bajaj wrote in her introduction to the Encyclopedia of Peace Education, “One of the founding principles of peace education initiatives is that learners can develop a sense of possibility that enables them to become to agents of social change” (Bajaj, 2008)

A detailed curriculum document was formed and can be found at the following link. It is about creating a sense of possibility and encouraging and engaging teachers to think critically about how to effectively integrate peace education into their personal, classroom, school and community learning spaces.

The importance of reflection and sitting with the liminal space to making sense of what has been, what is and what will be is I think imperative and hence with peace education as a focus art making and storytelling could support young children to explore this sense of possibility.
